Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a gentle, body-based approach to healing trauma, stress, and nervous system dysregulation. In online sessions, we explore sensations and patterns through guided awareness - without touch, but with deep attunement - to support regulation, resilience, and a greater sense of safety in your body.

Each session takes place via a secure video call and is tailored to meet you where you are, with an emphasis on safety, presence, and collaboration. Rather than relying on talk alone, these sessions focus on what’s happening in your body - supporting you to notice and track internal signals, physical sensations, and nervous system patterns with gentle curiosity.
You’ll be guided in slowing down, recognizing stress responses as they arise, and gradually completing unresolved survival energy held in the body. Over time, this helps to restore a greater sense of regulation, ease, and resilience. While we may speak about past experiences or current challenges, the emphasis remains on building awareness, capacity, and connection through the body - offering practical tools to ground, settle, and support your healing from the inside out.
